Most privacy policies are written for lawyers. This one is written for you.

Vivere is built on a single principle: your data belongs to you. Everything in this document flows from that. We will never sell your personal data. We will never use it against you. And we will always tell you exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

1. Who We Are

Vivere is a behavioural assessment platform that builds your Digital Fingerprint, a living picture of how you actually think, decide, feel, and move through the world. We are the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What Data We Collect and When

We collect different types of data at different points in your journey with us.

When you join our waitlist:

• Your email address
• Whether you opted in to receive communications from us

When you create an account:

• Your name and email address
• Date of birth (to verify age eligibility)
• Account credentials

When you complete the Vivere experience:

• Behavioural data generated during the 10 games, this is the core of your Digital Fingerprint
• Response times, decision patterns, and interaction signals captured during play
• Your completed Digital Fingerprint scores across all 10 dimensions

When you use the platform over time:

• Updated Fingerprint data as your profile evolves (we use an append only model, your history is never erased)
• Usage data such as which features you access and when

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, health data, or financial information.

3. Why We Collect It, Our Legal Basis

Under GDPR and equivalent international frameworks, we must have a lawful basis for processing your data. Here is ours, clearly stated:

• Contract performance: To provide you with the Vivere service, creating your account, running the experience, generating your Fingerprint.
• Legitimate interests: To improve our platform, ensure security, and understand how users engage with the experience.
• Consent: To send you marketing communications, updates, and early access information, only if you have opted in. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

We do not use your data for automated decision making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without your involvement.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it for longer.

Your behavioural data, your Digital Fingerprint, is yours. You can request a full export or permanent deletion at any time.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not share it with employers, educators, or any third party without your explicit permission.

We work with a small number of trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, for example, cloud hosting and email delivery. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only on our instructions and in accordance with this policy.

We may share data if required by law, for example, in response to a valid legal request from a public authority. We will always notify you if we are legally permitted to do so.

6. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored on secure servers within the European Economic Area (EEA). If we ever need to transfer data outside the EEA, we will ensure it is protected by the appropriate legal safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the platform working, for session management and security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.

8. Your Rights

You have significant rights over your data. Here is what you can ask us to do:

• Access: Send you a copy of all the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Fix any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Remove your personal data entirely. We call this the right to be forgotten.
• Restriction: Limit how we process your data while a dispute is resolved.
• Portability: Provide your data in a machine readable format so you can take it elsewhere.
• Object: Stop processing your data where we rely on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent: Opt out of marketing communications at any time, with no conditions.

We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for making a request.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Users Under 16

Vivere is not intended for children under 13. Users aged 13 to 15 require verifiable parental or guardian consent before creating an account and accessing the full experience.

If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete that data immediately. Please contact us at hello@vivereai.ai if you have concerns.

10. Your California Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. 11. Canadian Users (CASL)

If you are based in Canada, we will only send you commercial electronic messages if you have expressly opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing from any communication or contacting us directly.

12. Australian Users

We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. You have the right to access and correct your personal information. To make a request, contact hello@vivereai.ai.

13. Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by email and update the effective date at the top of this page. We will always give you reasonable notice before changes take effect.

The current version of this policy will always be available at vivere.app/privacy.
